Once you set out to hunt, you might as well tackle the big game, is what Ilaya Dalapathy has in mind. When a Rajini film gets released, everybody will run away, like a lizard faced with a dinosaur, but Vijay is different.
Last April-14, the 2 films `Chandramukhi' and `Mumbai Xpress' of the 2 super heroes Rajinikanth and Kamalahasan were released. What chance does tin have when faced with iron might, so the other films stood aside. But Ilaya Dalapathy went ahead and released his `Sachein.' Even after the film bombed, he did not lose heart.
For coming Deepavali, Rajini's `Sivaji' and Kamal's `Dasavataram' are getting released. The third phase of shooting for `Sivaji' is already complete, while shooting for `Dasavataram' is yet to begin. But Kodambakkam is well aware of the speed with which K S Ravikumar works. The `Dasvataram' schedule will be packed into a 3 months schedule.
Along with Superstar and Superactor, Vijay plans to put in his appearance and release his `Murasu' directed by Muthu Vadugu. In `Murasu' Vijay plans to set right the errors that made `Sachein' flop. Kamal missed the `Mumbai Xpress' and he plans to catch up with `Dasavataram.' Between the two is a relaxed Rajini.
Who will triumph? The 10 Kamals, the brave Sivaji, or Dalapathy's Murasu? The race for Deepavali is already heating up!
Srini's note: There is no heating up as mentioned here. Sivaji and Dasavatharam are most probably set to release for Pongal 2007 or later.
