The star night show is scheduled to be held in Singapore on the 11th August 2007 to commemorate seventy five years of Tamil cinema. Most of the leading artists of Kollywood like Vijay, Vikram, Surya, Bharat, Arya, Vishal and Simbu will be participating. On the ladies front, Trisha, Asin, Shriya, Sneha will be taking part along with other popular actresses too. Kamal and Rajinikanth may not be leaving for Singapore as they are busy with other commitments.
On the 9th of August, there will be a special premiere of Thangar Bachchan's Pallikoodam and Madhavan's Arya. The interesting fact about this screening is that the films will be released worldwide only on the 10th of August. The ticket sales for the event is said to be very brisk and encouraging. Arrangements are being done under the able leadership of Sarathkumar who is keen that the facilities are good and the stars enjoy their stay in Singapore.
