Known for his racy screenplays, Perarasu made a sound start to his career with Thirupachi and followed it with Sivakasi.

The director, who pens the lyrics besides playing a brief role in his movies, has expressed his desire to direct Vijay again.

Having rendered two hits with Vijay in Sivakasi and Thirupachi, Perarasu says that they share a good rapport.

Speaking about his films, Perarasu says, "They have all been entertaining. Dharmapuri collected huge revenue among Vijayakanth' s recent films, while Thirupathi completed a 100-day run. I will continue to make such racy scripts."

"I have narrated a couple of scripts to Vijay. Hopefully we will come together later next year," he adds.
