A movie for all film buffs: Vijay

After the ‘Pokiri’ Pongal, Vijay fans are looking for their ‘Illaya Thalapathi’s ‘Azhagiya Tamizh Magan’ (ATM) to launch their Deepavali festivities.

The actor, in a telephonic interview, said his fans could expect the usual Vijay fare with his brand of style and comedy. “But there are elements in this movie that I think will attract all film lovers. So if the audience comes to watch the film with no memory of ‘Pokiri,’ they might enjoy it even better,” he added.

Interestingly, the actor’s current hello tune is a song from Vikram’s ‘Bheema.’

A.R.Rahman’s music for the film has already topped the charts. The music director recently completed the re-recording for the film. Vijay said dance master Premji from the Telugu film industry had taken extra care to choreograph “Ellam Pugazhum …” – which the fans tip to be Vijay’s introductory song.

ATM is Vijay’s 46th film and he shares the screen with actor Sriya. The film is being produced by veteran producer Appachan for ‘Swagathachita’ Productions.
