The most awaited Deepavali releases are 'Azhagiya Thamizh Magan' and 'Vel.' Pyramid Saimeera has the Tamilnadu distribution rights for the former and Chennai distribution rights for the latter.
They are also behind 'Kannamoochi Enadaa' directed by V Priya and produced by Radaan and UTV. For 'Azhagiya Thamizh Magan,' the amount paid by Pyramid Saimeera is something hitherto not paid for a Vijay film-it far surpasses previous sales!
That is based on the hope that a Vijay film will give good returns on the investment!
