Vijay leads Deepavali charge

The festival of lights is almost around the corner.

And celebrating this festive season are five explosive releases from the south. First off is Azhagiya Thamizh Magan.

Cast: Vijay, Shriya, Namitha
Director: Bharathan
Music: A R Rahman

Pluses: There are only pluses for this film.

Ilayathalapathy Vijay and A R Rahman join hands for this one. This is Rahman's next Tamil album after Sivaji and it is doing good business like the albums of Vijay's films. ATM is also Shriya's (Sivaji's heroine) next release after the Rajnikanth starrer.

Vijay's last film Pokkiri directed by Prabhu Deva was a huge success. It is almost certain that ATM will also do excellent business as very rarely does a Vijay film do average business!

There are no minuses for this one except that like all Vijay films, ATM also will be a typical commercial film.
