Tomorrow night (April 2), Ilayathalapathy Vijay, Trisha and the unit of Dharani directed Kuruvi is flying from Chennai to New Zealand to shoot a melody song tuned by Vidyasagar in the lush green locations where Lord of the Rings was shot.

The song is being choreographed by Shobhi, who has choreographed some big hit songs of Vijay, who will have Trisha for company. The unit is sure that Vidyasagar’s songs in the film are going to be chartbusters. V and V combination has always churned out peppy music like Ghilli, Thirumalai etc.

Later Vijay and Trisha will be back by April 8 to shoot another song at a set erected at Ramoji Rao studio in Hyderabad which will be choreographed by ATM title song choreographer. The audio of the film is likely to release in the market without any fanfare on April 10.

Meanwhile the entire post production work of Kuruvi is progressing at brisk pace, with the mixing done for the first half of the film. The first copy of the film is likely to be ready by April 25.

All areas of Kuruvi has been sold out at record price and it will have a very big theatrical release on May 1, in approximately 250 screens in Tamilnadu and 55 screens in Kerala.
